Imagine gathering with Emily and Ed’s biggest fans from possibly all over the world. A 7-day cruise with friends … those you know and those you have yet to meet … in a floating, resort atmosphere. Enjoy a beautiful gathering space with an incredible view of the sea and of course, outstanding service and accommodations. Your cruise fare will include dining at most of the restaurants on board, a knock your socks off swag bag full of Snake Discovery merch, fun and games, and two incredible excursions all of this for one flat fee. Did I mention that we also have an incredible cocktail party, coffee/cookie meeting and group photo included in the price of your fare. How’s that for an incredible week? The ship offers many beautiful locations that we can take advantage of as well as daily dedicated group space locations.

PAYMENTS

You will receive an invoice with your cost breakdown and payment schedule.

The first payment which is due at time of booking is your $500 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit paid to Carnival Cruise Line. Please note if you are a SOLO guest your required NON-REFUNDABLE deposit amount is $650 USD. Your booking is not confirmed until this payment is received.


Second Payment is your Event Fee/Hotel & Transfer per person. Payment for this is due on MAY 1st 2026.


Balance owing to Carnival for each person is due by July 1st.


For those looking for roommates:

If you are not paying the deposit for all occupants of your cabin, then your cabin mate(s) must submit a registration form within 48 hours of your registration or the organizers reserve the right to release your cabin. If you have not yet arranged to share your cabin, then you may register and a cabin will be held for you at the discretion of the organizers. Until all people in a cabin pay their deposit(s), the cabin is under a tentative hold and is not taken from the group inventory.



We only accept payments in US dollars by credit card.

Your package includes, your cabin, all taxes, port fees, gratuities, Carnival's Vacation Protection, gift bag, two group excursions, 1 group photo and access to all private group gatherings.

Additional travel insurance, drink packages, internet, specialty dining, onboard shopping or gambling and shore excursions (outside of our two group excursions) during our ports of call are not included in the fares listed but may be purchased in addition to this package.

If you are traveling with a companion who does not plan to participate in the group events and does not want the Snake Discovery Swag Bag please let me know in the comment section of your registration form and that persons name and the price can be adjusted accordingly.

October 4th 2026: 75% of cruise fare and 100% of Event fee, Hotel & Transfers per person.


On or after October 19th 2026: No refund, subject to 100% full penalty.

Join us the night before our cruise for a get together at TownPlace Suites By Marriot Orlando, Hotel. Price is based on double occupancy and includes breakfast, complimentary parking and airport shuttle upon arrival to Orlando (this must reserved by calling the hotel at 1-407-652-5210). Dinner with a non- alcoholic drink is also included with your booking access to the group gathering where you will have a chance to meet Emily & Ed .

Those staying with the group at the hotel, shuttles supplied by GO  PORT ORLANDO will be available for a fee of $65.00 USD per person (this includes shuttle both ways). 9:00am from the hotel in Orlando on October 31st to the cruise terminal as well as upon return on November 7th 10:00am from the cruise terminal to the Orlando airport. These are chartered motor coaches. The prices are secured for a limited time and subject to availability and increase.

Minor Guest Policy: Effective February 1, 2025

Minor Policy for Bookings Created February 1, 2025 and Onward Guests are required to be 21 years of age (on embarkation day) to travel on their own. Guest ages will be verified at embarkation. Guests not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided at embarkation. For additional minor age restriction guidelines while on board, click here. Guests 20 years of age and younger MUST travel with a relative or guardian 25 years of age or older (guardian does not need to be a legal guardian).

  • Minors cannot be booked under TBA offers; cabin numbers must be assigned.
  • Guests who are 21 to 24 years of age may travel with their minor children.

 Where minor guests can be booked in relation to relative or guardian:

  • Guests 14 years of age and younger
    Must be booked with a relative or guardian (25 years of age or older) in the same cabin or a connecting cabin.
  • Guests 15 - 17 years of age
    Can be separated by up to 3 staterooms from a relative or guardian (25 years of age or older).
    • Must be linked as “Travel With” a relative or guardian 25 years of age or older. Reservation must be noted and cross referenced.
  • Guests 18 – 20 years of age
    Do not have any restrictions and may book whatever location they prefer.

Specialty Cabin GuidelinesTerrazza Staterooms: Minors must be 12 years of age or older to cruise in Terrazza accommodations.Havana Staterooms and Suites: Minors must be 12 years of age or older to cruise in Havana accommodations. Minors Traveling Together or As a Group

  • Must follow standard booking guidelines for minors.
  • 8 or more staterooms must be booked through the Group Department and a $100 damage deposit per minor will be charged. Prepaid gratuities per minor are due at final payment.

 Traveling with Minors:

When traveling with a minor where one parent or both parents or legal guardians are not cruising, we strongly recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you. If there is no second parent with legal claims to the minor (due to sole custody, deceased, etc.) other relevant paperwork, such as a court decision, death certificate, birth certificate naming only one parent, would be useful to bring in place of a signed letter. This will expedite processing by the Department of Homeland Security. Exceptions: Guests ages 18-20 may travel without a relative or guardian of 25 years of age or older under the following conditions:

  • Legally married couples, including same gender couples
    • Proper documentation must be provided at embarkation. Failure to provide documentation or not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided.
    • Documentation includes: marriage license issued by the County Clerk’s Office; legal proof of civil union; for newly married couples: a copy of the marriage license application or certificate signed by the official that performed the ceremony.
  • Qualified Military Personnel
    • Applies to US Military Personnel and Canadian National Defense personnel (and their traveling companions in the same stateroom) of 18 – 20 years of age.
    • Copy of proof of service must be provided at embarkation. Failure to provide documentation or not conforming to this policy will result in denied boarding and no compensation will be provided.
Snake Discovery At Sea Terms & Conditions


This program is strictly limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Early booking is strongly recommended to ensure tour availability. Maximum number of passengers will be 60 staterooms or 160 people. In the unlikely event that we do not reach our minimum by April 1st, the tour will be cancelled, and monies refunded in full.

TOUR COSTS DO NOT INCLUDE 

Items of a personal nature such as meals not mentioned in itinerary, local or long-distance phone calls, laundry, room service charges, beverages, entrance fees not mentioned in itinerary, baggage handling, visas, insurance, gratuities etc.

TAXES 

Airline government fees, fuel surcharges and taxes are included in the air inclusive rate. Additional fees may be implemented at any time or taxes and or fuel surcharges can increase at any time. We reserve the right to collect any increases in government fees and taxes in effect at the time of departure. 

NAMES 

All names provided to Sand In My Soul Vacations must be identical to how they appear on the passport. Penalties of $50 per person will apply to names that require spelling changes after tickets have been issued. Name substitutions are permitted pending Carnival Cruise Lines approval.

INSURANCE 

Carnival's Vacation Protection is included in your package however if you wish to purchase additional insurance

Carnival's Vacation Protection is included in your package,  however if you wish to purchase additional insurance at the time of booking, you will have received an insurance waiver form along with suggested reliable insurance providers. Insurance is not mandatory but strongly suggested. We strongly recommend Manulife Travel Insurance for Canadians and John Handcock Travel Insurance for US Citizens.


TRIP CANCELLATION PENALTIES 

Sand In My Soul Vacations must receive all cancellation requests in writing. In the event you have to cancel for any reason, the following cancellation guideline will apply to your Snake Discovery at Sea booking.

Cancellation Penalty Guideline:

After time of booking your $500 non-refundable deposit per person as well as 100% of event fee, excursions, hotel, transfers. per person

As of September 8th 2026: 50% of cruise fare, 100% of event fee, excursions, hotel, transfers.

As of October 4th 2026 : 75% of cruise fare, 100% of event fee, excursions, hotel, transfers.

After October 19th 2026 Full Penalty


SPECIAL NOTE 

Travel dates may be during religious, state or local holidays. These holidays, with their associated closures, may disrupt attraction visits and personal shopping. We make every effort to minimize disruptions during the tour, however, we cannot be held responsible for attractions being closed.

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS 

Valid Passport is required. It is recommended that your passport be valid for at least 6 months after you scheduled return date.

In all cases, identification must match exactly with the full name on all travel documents. It is also essential that you examine your passport well before your travel date to ensure that it is not damaged in any way. 

Passports with even minor damage may be rejected resulting in your being denied boarding for flights and possible forfeiture of your holiday. 

Anyone travelling on a passport other than a Canadian Passport should advise Sand In My Soul Vacations to ensure proper documentation.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY 

Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Sand In My Soul Vacations employees, tour leaders and agents whilst on tour with Sand In My Soul vacations.

If the opinion of any such person (s) or any other person in a position of authority (such as, for example, an airline pilot or hotel manager, tour guide), the health, level of fitness or conduct of a client at any time before or during a tour is endangering or appears likely to endanger the health or wellbeing of the client or any third party (including any other clients of Sand In My Soul Vacations) or the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without refund or recompense. 

Where a client is excluded, Sand In My Soul Vacations will have no further responsibility towards them (including any return travel arrangements) and we will not meet any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the exclusion.

In the case of ill heath, Sand In My Soul Vacations may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the client.

 If a client commits an illegal act (including, for example, causing any damage) the client may be excluded from the tour and Sand In My Soul Vacations shall cease to have responsibility to/for them as above. 

No refund will be given for any unused services. When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be made direct to the accommodation owner or manager or other supplier or to us as soon as costs are known. 

If you have any medical condition or disability which may affect your active participation in your tour or the tour arrangements of any other person or have any special requirements as a result of any medical condition or disability, please tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the proposed tour. You must give us full details at the time of booking and whenever any change in the condition or disability occurs. You must also promptly advise us if any medical condition or disability which may affect your active participation in the tour develops after your booking has been confirmed. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

Except where otherwise expressly stated in these conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result lf “force Majeure”. In these conditions, “force Majeure” means any event which Sand In my Soul Vacations or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include actual or threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, disease, fire and all similar events outside our control. 

CHANGES TO TRAVEL SERVICES 

Sand In My Soul Vacations reserves the right to change any of the facilities, accommodations or services when deemed necessary. If Sand In My Soul Vacations is required to make a major change the client will be informed as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before departure. It is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or event or any other unpredictable or unforeseeable circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Sand In My Soul Vacations act only as agent and/or intermediary for the independent suppliers and other contractors providing transportation, accommodations and other travel related services. Sand In My Soul Vacations assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident with any services resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, strikes, war declared or undeclared, government regulation, thefts, failure of any means discrepancies or change over which we have no control. Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made when necessary for the comfort and safety of the tour participants. Any extra cost in such cases is the responsibility of the tour participants. The transportation companies are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their vehicles. The operator shall not be responsible for any delays, substitutions of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by the carrier, its agents, servants and employees, and the participant waives any claim arising there from. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all programs, should conditions warrant, and also to decline or retain any passenger(s) as members of the program. In such instances, full equitable amount(s) will be refunded. The right of the participant is reserved to claims against the suppliers. All claims against suppliers must be filed within 30 days after the tour completion. Sand In My Soul Vacations, hereby advise that, in the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the comfort or well being of the passengers, or for any reason whatsoever to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alteration(s) may be made without penalty to the operator(s). Additional expenses, if any, shall be born by the client. Conversely, a refund will be made to the client, if any saving is (are) affected. There may be different living standards, practices and conditions, and different standards in respect to the provision of utilities, services and accommodations you may encounter outside Canada/US. 

 

Through your payment to us for these travel services, you are acknowledging your acceptance to our terms set forth in this notice.
